These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between Labrenon CommV and customers using our webshop for e-book purchases and football homework registrations.   • Labrenon CommV offers digital products (e-books) and sign-ups for football homework.

  • Technique Training Van Snick VZW offers the possibility to request private training or training within the elite package.

  • After purchasing an e-book, the customer will receive a download link via email or customer account.

  • Football homework registrations will be confirmed by email after successful payment.

  • Football homework registrations are recurring payments that the customer can cancel themselves through the customer account.

  • Requests for technique training are handled individually and confirmed via email or by phone after consultation with the client.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices on the website are in euros and exempt from VAT.

  • Payment can be made via the payment methods offered in the web shop.

  • An order or request will not be processed until full payment is received.

  • For football homework registrations with recurring payments, the agreed amount will be debited periodically until the client cancels the registration itself.

5. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

  • Since e-books are digital products that are delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply. By purchasing, the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal expires.

  • Cancellation of a training registration is possible up to 7 days before the start date. After this deadline, no refund is possible.
  • Specific cancellation conditions may apply to requests for technician training depending on the agreement between Techniektraining Van Snick VZW and the customer. These will be communicated upon confirmation of the request.

  • Customers may cancel their football homework enrollment at any time through their customer account. There is no refund for the current billing period.

6. Liability

  • Labrenon CommV is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the e-books or participation in the football homework program.

  • Techniektraining Van Snick VZW is not liable for any damages resulting from the use techniektraining.

  • Brent Van Snick CommV is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in the clinics.

  • Labrenon CommV is not responsible for technical issues that may affect access to digital products or training courses.

7. Intellectual property rights

All e-books and training materials are the property of Labrenon CommV and may not be copied, shared or resold without express permission.

8. Privacy and data protection

  • Customer data is processed according to our privacy policy, which is available on our website.

  • Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and customer communication.

9. Applicable law and disputes.

  • These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

  • Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. If this fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
