coach brent van Snick
Driven, passionate and results-oriented. These three words describe me perfectly – both as a coach and as a person. What you see is what you get, and so far that has not hurt me.
Since 2019, I have been active as an elite level technique trainer at clubs such as Union Saint-Gilloise, RSC Anderlecht Futsal and KAA Gent. I also coach more than 15 professional football players and 4 youth internationals in their football technical development.
My passion for football took me to wonderful destinations: as a technique trainer I was invited by clubs in Canada, Iceland, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. A highlight was the six-page article in “De Voetbaltrainer” in September 2024, which highlighted my individual training methods.
As a youth player I was selected for some trainings and matches with the Belgian national team U15/U16 and played at several elite clubs. These rich experiences helped me to develop my own training philosophy within technique training. With a backpack full of expertise, I like to put my knowledge to use through my private training sessions, my elite package, my football homework program and coaching clinics.
In short: my mission is clear – to turn talent into impact.
Coach brent's coaching career
Since 2022, I have been active as a youth technique coach and striker coach with Union Saint-Gilloise’s U23, a role I still perform with great passion. Before that, I further developed my skills as an assistant coach and technique trainer with the U21 of RSC Anderlecht Futsal. My journey at the elite level of football began three years earlier as a technique coach with the youth of KAA Gent.
